What is UV-DTF Printing?

UV-DTF printing is a versatile technique that enables the production of graphics on UV DTF film sheets, offering an alternative to UV Direct printing. Unlike UV Direct printing, which is limited to solid objects and specific shapes, UV DTF allows you to print multiple designs on a film sheet. These printed graphics can then be easily peeled off and applied to various hard surfaces, making it ideal for curved, oversized, or uniquely shaped items.

Although UV DTF prints are water-resistant and durable, they don’t provide the same level of environmental protection as prints applied directly to substrates, and they are not dishwasher safe.

The UV DTF Printing Process

1. Print on A film using UVDTF ink and varnish.
2. Laminate A film to B film using a laminator roll.
3. Peel and apply the film to your desired surface.
