Returns

If you purchased the wrong item or decide for any reason that you don’t require the item then you must return the order within 14 days of the original purchase date. In order to do this please contact us to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) by telephone, email or by writing to us clearly stating your full details, order number and reasons for the return.

The item must be unopened, unused and in a resalable condition. Once received, we will issue a refund or provide an exchange for an alternative product. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the full mailing costs to return any unwanted items. When a refund is requested, this will take place within 7 days of receiving the returned order. A full refund minus any shipping charges paid will be issued by the same payment method as the initial order.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage for any returned items. InkTec Europe cannot be held responsible for packages that are not received unless proof of postage can be provided.

The RMA number will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue by InkTec Europe. Please write the RMA number provided clearly on the outside of the package.

If a product is faulty

If an item is faulty and you report the problem to us within 14 days from the original order date, we can provide you with an RMA number so the item can be returned for a repair, replacement or refund. When a refund is requested, the full cost of the order including any initial paid delivery options will be issued within 7 days.

Don’t worry if an item that you have ordered encounters a fault after the first 14 days. All our products come with a guarantee, so we can firstly offer a repair service or if not possible a replacement item.

If your goods are damaged

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us within 3 days. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Order discrepancies or packaging errors

If there is an error with your package you must contact us within 3 days so the issue can be resolved.
