If you decide for any reason that you do not require a purchased item, then you must first contact InkTec within 10 business days of the delivery date at to request consent for a return. You will be sent a Customer RMA request form, or you can download this HERE.

Your return form will need to be fully completed and returned to If you are returning an item due to fault or delivery damage photos must be attached to the return email.

Your return request will be reviewed and if InkTec consents to the return you will be sent an RMA number which must be quoted, this number will be valid for a period of 10 days from the date of issue.

Any item that InkTec agrees to be returned must be unopened, unused and in a resaleable condition. It is your responsibility to pay the mailing costs to return any unwanted items.

Please attach the RMA number to the outside of the package and ensure that you obtain proof of postage for any returned goods. Items must be adequately packaged to avoid damage to the original packaging.

InkTec cannot accept responsibility for any packages that are not received.

InkTec reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund any item which it deems to be unsaleable, damaged or in a substandard condition.

All items will be inspected on return and if deemed resalable a replacement product or a refund will be issued (at our discretion).

We will endeavour to issue refunds within 7 working days of confirming the same to you, minus any shipping charges.

If a product is faulty

If an item is faulty, you must follow the procedure above.

If any item encounters a fault after this period don’t worry as InkTec warrants that on delivery our consumables will be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship.

If your goods are damaged

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item. If you have accepted the delivery, you must take photos and include these with your returns form.

Please retain the original packaging for returning with your goods, further instructions will be given by the returns team.

Order discrepancies and packaging errors

If there is an error with your package you must contact us within 3 business days so the issue can be resolved.
